The project is located in the Santa María la Ribera neighborhood, one of the oldest and most culturally rich areas of Mexico City, with a notable Art Nouveau influence
The architectural program consists of 4 levels. The ground floor is dedicated to services and local businesses, providing convenience for residents and boosting the local economy. The three upper levels contain apartments that take advantage of interior patios to provide natural light and ventilation. On the rooftop, there is a communal area designed to foster interaction and a sense of community among all the building’s residents and the city that surrounds it
