The architectural program is developed on a plot with several challenges, such as its small and irregular size, but also with advantages like having three façades and being on a corner. The design separates the main volume from its only adjoining property and utilizes the wider space for the services. This creates a fourth facade that benefits from northern orientation and excellent natural lighting.




Circulation and general distribution spaces are located in the narrower, sunnier parts. To mitigate the intense sun exposure, balconies are included to enlarge living areas and protect from direct sunlight. Additionally, a lattice is placed on the southern side to filter heat and add texture to the simplicity of the materials used
